Important: Data is Device-Specific
Even if you log in with the same account on a different device, your tasks won't appear there. Your data lives only on the device where you created it. To access your data on multiple devices, you'll need the Colab plan which enables secure syncing.
Since everything runs locally, you can access and edit your tasks without an internet connection. Perfect for flights, remote areas, or when you simply want to work distraction-free.
Export your data anytime for manual backups. With the Colab plan, connect to your preferred cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for automatic backups. You choose where your data lives.
With Colab, sync your data across devices through secure peer-to-peer connections. Our servers only facilitate the connection—they never store or access your task data.
